• At one of our Customer Service Centers
• At one of our Partner locations listed below

If you open a Private Individual E-ZPass MA account at one of our Partner locations listed below you must:

• Wait 30 minutes to use your transponder in Massachusetts.
• Wait 3 more business days before your transponder will be accepted out of state on E- ZPass toll roads.
