Please utilize our self-service features available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website and our telephone IVR system.

Did you know you can complete the following transactions online?

  • Make payments towards your E-ZPass Massachusetts account
  • Pay a Pay-by-Plate invoice
  • Open a new E-ZPass Massachusetts account
  • Request additional transponders
  • Update your account information (i.e., contact information, vehicle information, and payment information)
  • Review your account activity (i.e., toll transactions)
  • Dispute a transaction
