What is a Pay by Plate MA Registered Account ?
This account type operates in a similar way as an E-ZPass Private Pre-Paid account with the exception that you do not require a Transponder mounted in your vehicle. Your trips on the roadway are detected by taking an image of your license plate as you pass through the tolling point. Due to the need to manually process these images, trips on this type of account do have a small administration fee charged. You can register up to four license plates on this account.
What is Pay By Plate MA Invoiced ?
A Pay By Plate MA Invoice is mailed to the registered owner of a vehicle traveling on a Massachusetts AET roadway in a vehicle that is not registered on any motorway account.
Once you have received a Pay By Plate MA Invoice there are several payment options available, including paying on-line with a credit card or bank account.
To pay online, you will need your Invoice and License Plate numbers. If you have lost your Pay By Plate MA Invoice, contact Customer Service Center.
